Members should be at least 18 years of age. We will require a valid NRIC and Payment Card (Credit or Debit) to be provided at the point of registration.

Drivers should be between the age of 18 and 70 and who have fulfilled the following requirements:

  1. Identification Document
    a) NRIC (Singaporeans)
    b) Passport (Foreigners)
  2. Valid Driving License

If you fall into any of the categories below, you will need to possess a Valid Singapore Class 3/3A Driving License to drive or operate our vehicles.

  • All Singapore Citizens
  • All Permanent Residents
  • Foreigners residing in Singapore for more than 12 months
  • Foreigners residing in Singapore for less than 12 months and are employed as drivers holding Work Permits or S-Pass

Yes, the member may drive the vehicle or nominate someone with a Valid Driving License to drive.

If you are a foreigner residing in Singapore for less than 12 months, you must:

  • Possess a foreign license and International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by an authorised body from your country of origin; or
  • Possess an official translation of your foreign driving license in English if an IDP is not available.

However, if you are a foreigner from an ASEAN member state, you do not need an IDP or an official translation of your license.

You may make payment for it via the AXS application or at the relevant governmental portal (HDB, URA, LTA). Otherwise, we will redirect the fine to your residential address. If it is not a Singapore registered address, we will settle the fine on your behalf with an additional administrative fee of $20 per fine.

We will submit your details to the Traffic Police and you will be contacted directly by them.

Pets are allowed, but they must be kept in secured carriers. There will be penalty charge(s) should the vehicle be returned with additional cleaning required. Refer to “Payment/Cost” section for more information.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle to ensure that the next user will be able to experience a smoke-free vehicle. There will be penalty charge(s) should the vehicle be returned with a smoke smell. Refer to “Payment/Cost” for more information.

Yes, you may drive to Malaysia. You will need to inform us prior to your trip to ensure that the insurance coverage is extended to Malaysia. There will be a surcharge of $20 per day for the days that you are entering Malaysia. Please click on the “Add ons” item after you have selected the vehicle to indicate the number of days of entry.

Damage excess is the maximum amount you must pay for any damages on the vehicle in the unlikely event of any one accident/incident.

All our vehicles will come with comprehensive insurance coverage limited to the vehicle’s corresponding damage excess. This amount will be stated on the website when you select the vehicle.

Signing up with myCarriage is free. You will only pay when you make a rental booking.

You will have to sign up for a member’s account. Once that is done, you are ready to book a car.

We welcome all drivers with a Valid Driving License. Our vehicles will come with comprehensive insurance coverage but there will be an additional damage excess charge for new/senior or inexperienced drivers. Please refer to the “Additional  Excess” listed on the vehicles page for the Driving Criteria and corresponding Additional Excess for the vehicle you plan to book.

You can update your card payment and driver details in your account (under “My Account”). For other changes such as email or mobile number, please send us your request via the form on Contact Us page.

You may add or delete a card previously added. However, you will need to maintain at least 1 card in your account to continue to be a member of myCarriage.

Simply click on “Forgot Password” on the sign in page and follow the on-screen instructions.

The minimum duration of rental will be 1 day and the maximum duration will be up to 30 days in 1 booking. If you wish to rent a car for more than 30 days, please email us at [email protected].

The minimum rental period will be 24 hours, subsequent hours or part thereof booked will be at a pro-rated rate of 1/8 of the daily rental rate, i.e., if  daily rate is $80, the subsequent hourly rental rate will be $10 per hour. If your rental is for 1 day and 3 hours, the total price payable will be $110.

You can book a vehicle up to 3 months in advance.

Before returning the vehicle, ensure that:

  1. Fuel has been topped up back to full (Not applicable for Electric Vehicles).
  2. All personal belongings has been removed from the vehicle.

All collection and return of the vehicles will be at 209 Pandan Gardens, Singapore 609339. Alternatively, you may request for a collection and/or delivery service, subject to an additional cost.

Ancillary items are available for rental/purchase on the booking page, subject to availability at the point of rental. We will inform you in advance if the item is not available.

You may purchase a Toll Card with pre-loaded value when collecting your vehicle.

The cost of fuel is not included in the rental; all vehicles will come with a full tank of fuel, and you will need to return it back to us with a full tank of fuel (with minimum Ron95 grade). Otherwise, we will bill you the cost of the fuel deficit. Refer to “Payment/Cost” section for more information.

Electric vehicles will come with a fully charged battery and you will not need to charge the battery before returning to us.

You may charge the vehicle at Singapore Power Charging Points or at Greenlots Charging Station. For more information, speak to us when picking up your vehicle.

You will not able to amend your booking once you have made payment. However, if your rental period is still within the free cancellation period, you may cancel your booking and rebook with the new booking details at no additional charges. Refer to Payment/Cost for cancellation policy.

Yes, you may extend your booking after you have commenced your rental. Simply login to your account under Active bookings to extend your booking. Note that this is subject to availability of the vehicle.

If you have not commenced your booking, please cancel and rebook to change the rental period.

Yes, you can add additional drivers. They must also fulfill the driver requirements (refer to General section) for the rental to take place. To add a named driver, you can do so under “Driver Information” in your member account.

You may add up to 4 additional drivers for your booking. Contact us if you will require more than 4 drivers to be authorised for your rental booking.

This is prohibited as it would be breaching the terms and conditions of the booking. In the event of an accident, the vehicle and the driver will not be covered under our motor insurance policy and will be liable for the full cost of the damages.

You may do so on behalf of the driver and add the driver particulars and license when making a booking. The driver needs to fulfill the eligibility requirements as stated in General section. As the member, you have the responsibility to ensure that the rental is compliant with our terms and conditions.

Rental will still be in-force as per booking and you will be charged 100% of total rental charges stated on booking confirmation as per cancellation/no show policy. If you are late for your reservation, the rental charge will start as per your booking date and time and you will need to return the vehicle as per your booking.

Vehicle viewing can only be arranged if it is a long-term lease of 12 months and above.

The colour of the vehicle will be shown on the website when you select the vehicle. Note that the colour on display on the website may deviate from the actual vehicle.

Our operational hours are:
Monday to Friday: 0900 to 1730hrs
Saturday: 0930 to 1230hrs
Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed

We will only be able to accept bookings and returns during our operational hours.

All our vehicles will be washed, vacuumed, and sanitized before every rental.

Refer to our price list under “Rates” pages for the daily rates. Total amount payable for each booking will be shown under the booking page prior to payment.

We accept all major Credit (Visa, Master, American Express) and Debit cards.

We do not require any deposit for bookings made on myCarriage. However, you will need to add a valid credit card to your account and ensure there is always at least 1 valid card in the account. If there are any accidents, damages or other cost related to the rental, the amount payable will be charged to that credit card.

The daily rate includes the vehicle usage, comprehensive vehicle insurance, road tax, 24/7 accident and roadside assistance. It does not include usage of fuel.

We provide a 30 mins grace period to return the vehicle. In the event that you exceed this grace period, there will be a late return penalty of $50 per occurrence in addition to the charges for the extension of the rental.

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the commencement of the booking. However, if your cancellation falls within the no-cancellation period, you will be charged the full or part of the rental based on the following table.

We provide vehicle rental services for long term leasing, corporate leasing and private hire rental. For any rentals above 1 month, or other usages, please send your enquiry to [email protected].

Any rentals 12 months and above is considered long term lease.

1. Comprehensive package

Our Comprehensive package includes complimentary basic servicing and maintenance, comprehensive insurance and road tax. We will also provide replacement vehicles when your car is in the workshop with full pick-up & delivery services.

2. Lease Lite package

Our Lease Lite package includes comprehensive insurance and road tax but does not include servicing, maintenance or replacement vehicles.

Yes, you will need to provide us with a deposit ranging from 2-3 months of your rental price. This deposit is refundable at the end of your lease.

We have a wide range of cars and models available for long term lease. If you are looking to lease a brand new vehicle, simply let us know which model you prefer and we could provide you with a quotation for the lease. For used vehicles, you can send us an enquiry and our leasing consultants will advise you on the availability.

Yes, you may. Upon return, all the decorations should be removed, and the car should be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, cleaning services/damages charges apply.

  • What is a damage excess?

    Damage excess is the maximum amount you must pay for any damages on the vehicle in the unlikely event of any one accident/incident.

  • What insurance coverage do I have when I rent a vehicle?

    All our vehicles will come with comprehensive insurance coverage limited to the vehicle’s corresponding damage excess. This amount will be stated on the website when you select the vehicle.

  • Do you allow hourly rentals?

  • Is fuel / charging (electric vehicles only) included in the rental?

    The cost of fuel is not included in the rental; all vehicles will come with a full tank of fuel, and you will need to return it back to us with a full tank of fuel (with minimum Ron95 grade).   • Do I need to place a deposit to rent a car?
